WCMCC Drag Race 2018
The 2018 West Cork Motorcycle Club drag race is scheduled for Sunday 22nd April. Always a great day out so get yourself down to Halfway, Co. Cork for some high speed action!
Ted Brady,the world record holder for the fastest wheelie over 1km at a speed of just over 217.5mph will be showing his record breaking,turbo charged Hyabusa at this years race. Ted will also be competing in the event.

“Free Slow Skills Motorcycle Training” at the Monster Motorcycle Show on February 25th at the Fota Junction Retail Park.

Annual Motorcycle Run in Aid of BloodBike South
A Charity Motorcycle Run in Aid of Blood Bike South will take place on Sunday August 13th 2017. Registration is €20 per Bike. Sign on in the Viaduct Inn from 10am. The run will leave at 11:00am sharp. Stay tuned for more information!

Blood Bike South is a charitable organization operating primarily in the southern region of Ireland. Their mission is to assist hospitals and other medical facilities, by providing a voluntary motorcycle transport service of blood and other urgent medical materials on an out-of-hours basis.

Lets Ride for Sophie- 11th June 2017
Another fantastic day out in the diary for the 11th of June . Starting at the Viaduct Inn at 10 am and leaving 11.30 and finishing at the Ramble Inn at the Halfway .There’s a great scenic coastal route planned in West Cork with refreshments along the way.
Sophie Brosnan is a 2 year old little girl from Ballinhassig and is currently undergoing treatment in Dublin for leukemia. All the funds raised will go towards helping with the expense involved in travelling to and staying in Dublin while treatment is ongoing .

Ride for Richie, May 7th 2017
Thank you to everyone to took part in the Ride for Richie run on May 7th. It was a fantastic day with a great turn out!We caught up with Richie last night for a chat and a pint.We are so proud of all the volunteers and bikers that came together to make this the fantastic day out it was.
We would like to wish Richie the best of luck and hopefully we’ll see him behind the wheel again soon.
Thank you all very much for your ongoing support and we’ll see ye on the road during the summer.

Ride for Richie Motorcycle Run
To all fellow Bikers,
As we all know we have all raised thousands over the years on charity runs for every kind of charity. One of our own, Richie Kiely, from Carraigaline, a biker , was injured in an accident on his bike last summer and as a result was paralysed and confined to a wheelchair. A few of us have got together and decided to have this Ride For Richie. With your help we could make this an outstanding success. It could be anyone of us out enjoying our bike on any day of the week . We could all pull together to help a fellow biker with some financial assistance to make the adjustments required for his new challenge ahead..

The run will leave the Viaduct Inn (click here for map) at 10.30am on the 7th May.

This weekend don’t miss our brand new MT 07s at the Carole Nash Irish Motorbike and Scooter Show in the RDS, Dublin. We are very excited to launch our brand new fleet of 2017 MT07s, complete with a Two Wheel Training custom paint job! Pop along to the Bike Buyer’s stand to check them out!

WestCork MCC’s first event of 2017 and the first round of the club championship is the annual drag race on 9th April at the Halfway.
Shamrock Rose MCC will hold their 5th Rally with bike and trike custom show on Paddy’s weekend 2017! Iniscarra community centre, near Blarney, Cork.
